Below you’ll find answers to our most common questions and all the details you need to shop with confidence.

  • For every product sold, we donate a bottle of water to communities in need—fueling positive change, one yeehaw at a time. Additionally, a portion of every sale supports the growth and well-being of Indigenous, agricultural, and rural communities through community events. Visit our impact page for more information!

  • If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate if the order hasn’t shipped.

  • If you’re not satisfied, you can return unworn, unwashed items within 2 weeks of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please contact us at contact@oneyeehaw.com to start the process.

  • We currently ship throughout the United States. For international shipping requests, please contact us directly.

  • All orders in to the U.S. are offered FREE SHIPPING!

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after processing. You’ll receive a tracking link from the carriers as soon as your order ships.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item. You’ll be notified by email once your refund is issued.

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. You’ll get a confirmation email when your order is received and another with tracking info when it ships.

  • We do our best to deliver on time, but delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volume. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.

  • Your information is safe with us. We never share your personal data with third parties except as needed to process your order.
